608 Jiu Jitsu

    Women's Jiu Jitsu

A supportive training environment for women.

    About the Program

Our Women's Jiu Jitsu program is a supportive class designed for women who want to learn jiu jitsu in a welcoming environment. Whether you're brand new or have previous experience, classes emphasize technical instruction, skill development, and training alongside a supportive community.

Beginners are always welcome. You don't need any prior experience or a specific fitness level to start. We focus on building practical skills and confidence in a safe, ego-free room.

    Taught By

The Women's Program is led by Casey Rorabeck. Casey has been coaching the Women's Program at 608 Jiu Jitsu since its beginning and focuses on giving women a welcoming place to build confidence and develop practical skills.
